فقد فريق مانشستر يونايتد الانجليزي نقطتين ثمينتين في طريقه نحو فرق الصدارة عندما تعادل خارج أرضه مع فريق ايفرتون بهدف لمثله في افتتاح مباريات الأسبوع التاسع من الدوري الانجليزي الممتاز السبت.


وكان الشوط الأول من المباراة قد انتهى بهدف نظيف لصالح المان يونايتد احرزه اللاعب دارين فليتشر في الدقيقة 21، الا ان فرحة المانشستر لم تكتمل حينما سجل اللاعب مروان فيلايني هدف التعادل لفريقه في الدقيقة 63 .


وبهذا يضاف لكل فريق نقطة واحدة بحيث يصبح برصيد ايفرتون 9 نقاط ويحتل المركز الثالث عشر، فيما يحتل فريق مانشستر يونايتد المركز الخامس برصيد 15 نقطة .
